The founding members established the HOTSPOT ONE Organization (OHO) on December 6, 2020, following a General Assembly where numerous debates and discussions were held on various interconnected ideas such as: Sharing, Creating, and Encouraging.
The HOTSPOT ONE Organization (OHO) was created for an indefinite period. This organization can be dissolved through a vote among the founding members, however, all founding members must agree for this to happen. In such a case, all its assets and properties will be transferred to another organization that pursues the same objectives. If no such organization is found, the assets will be given to a state organization.
HOTSPOT ONE Organization (OHO) is a social organization that is not aimed at making a profit, is not involved in politics, and does not advocate for any particular belief or religion. It is an organization that seeks to recruit all citizens of goodwill to achieve solidarity development in the poorest communities of the country through sharing, mutual aid, and social solidarity.
